Welcome to the COMPLAVIS® Support Ticket System
In order to help you faster and easier in case of support requests, we now provide a support ticket system.
Alternatively, you can of course still contact us by phone or email.
Each support request is assigned a unique ticket number, which you can use to track the processing status online and provide necessary information.
A valid email address is required to submit a request.
To do so, simply open a new ticket via the menu item "Open a New Ticket" or write to ticket-en@complavis.de or ticket@complavis.de for German requests.
Guided information retrieval on specific help topics in the support ticket system allow us to ensure faster processing for requests submitted via it.
